- Click on the content you want to watch.
- On the Login screen, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email and click RESET.
Make sure you enter the correct email. - A new screen will pop up. Leave it open.
- Check your email inbox. You will receive a password reset token.
If you don’t see an email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam and trash folders.
If you still don’t see it, click I didn’t get an email! on the password reset screen and try again. Make sure to enter the correct email. - Copy the token from the email and paste it in the Token field of the password reset window that popped up previously.
- Enter your new password in the second and third fields.
- Click SET.

Login issue.
Make sure you are using the same email and password you set up during registration and payment.
This will be the email on which you’ve received the registration and/or payment confirmation.
If you originally logged in via the Facebook, Google, or Twitter login buttons, make sure to use them now as well.
Also, make sure you are logging in on the same website where you made your purchase.
